These terms cover your use of the Daami website. They don't cover the ordering, payment, or delivery process itself — that's handled separately by our ordering partner, Restro, under its own terms.
This website is an informational and brand site for Daami, a cloud kitchen operated by Daami Foods Pvt. Ltd. in Tinkune, Butwal. It's designed to introduce our food, story, and hours, and to direct you to our ordering platform — it does not process orders, payments, or store checkout information itself.
All orders are placed through our ordering partner, Restro, at daamifoods.restro.link. Order accuracy, payment processing, delivery timing, and order-related disputes are governed by Restro's own terms and by our operating policies as communicated at the time of order — not by this page.
Menu items, prices, and availability shown on this website (including featured dishes and categories) are for illustration and may not always reflect real-time availability or current pricing. The menu and prices shown at checkout on our ordering platform are the accurate ones.
We operate 12 PM – 12 AM. Hours may occasionally vary for holidays or unforeseen circumstances; the ordering platform will reflect whether we're currently accepting orders.
The Daami name, logo, and brand content on this site belong to Daami Foods Pvt. Ltd. and shouldn't be reused, copied, or redistributed without permission.
We aim to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free at all times. Daami isn't liable for issues arising from third-party services linked from this site, including our ordering platform, maps, or social channels.
We may update these terms as our business or this website changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
